Privacy and cookies
This page explains how personal data and trackers are handled on this brochure site. Last updated: May 2026.
Data controller
Processing related to “Les Petites Maisons des Béguin” is carried out under the responsibility of the people running the project (self-build). For questions about your data, use the site’s contact form.
Hosting
Static files are deployed on the hosting infrastructure used for publication (e.g. Web/FTP offer at Infomaniak, depending on setup). The host may keep technical logs (IP address, date/time, browser) as part of its service and legal duties.
Contact form
When you send a message via Contact, we process what you enter: name, first name, email, and message body.
- Purpose: reply to your request and fight spam/abuse.
- Legal basis: voluntary contact (legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual measure as applicable).
- Retention: kept as long as reasonably needed to handle the exchange, then deleted or archived according to project needs.
A session cookie (les_beguin_contact) may be set to secure submission (CSRF protection, tied to anti-bot checks). It is scoped to the form, typically HttpOnly and SameSite strict.
Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot)
When verification is enabled on Contact, the site loads Cloudflare Turnstile (scripts/domains managed by Cloudflare). Technical data may be exchanged to assess whether the submission is legitimate. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Other cookies and trackers
Information pages (project, build journal, media, etc.) do not load third-party ads or analytics in the current codebase. If optional cookies were added later, information and consent mechanisms would be implemented before activation, except where strictly necessary.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
