Article 3: Participatory weekend – Volunteers in action

This weekend, a few friends and relatives came to help with putting the straw bales in the barn. The atmosphere was really nice, even if the work was physical and intense: lifting, transporting and stacking the boots is tiring! We had a good laugh, we encouraged each other between two visits, and the satisfaction of seeing the barn full was real.

At the end, once the job was done, we shared a cold beer and some grilled meat together to reward ourselves. It was a very nice moment, simple but significant for the project.
